Budget 2025 Social Welfare Payments. Those in receipt of a wide range of social welfare payments are due to get bonus payments before the end of october. All other weekly social welfare payments will increase by €12 with proportional increases for qualified adults and people on reduced rates of payment (january 2025).

The govt has agreed a €2.7bn social protection package for budget 2025, described as the largest protection package in the history of the state. Budget 2025 will deliver 10 lump sum social welfare payments worth a whopping €1.5bn.
